This transition is occurring following the recent sale of Equity Real Estate. As a result, the servicing of your property is returning in-house to Brandywine Communities.
While the ownership of your property has not changed, we made the decision to resume direct management intentionally. Over time, we’ve received valuable feedback from our tenants and residents expressing a desire for more direct access, faster communication, expanded payment options, and a higher level of personalized service. Bringing management back under the Brandywine umbrella allows us to deliver on those expectations more effectively.
By managing your property directly, we can provide more responsive support, clearer communication, enhanced technology tools, and additional payment options in the near future — all while maintaining the local, relationship-driven approach that defines Brandywine Communities.
We believe this change will create a stronger overall experience, and we’re excited to serve you directly.
No. All existing lease terms, rental rates, and agreements remain in full effect. The transition in servicing does not change the terms of your lease.
What is changing is where you send your payments and who you contact for property-related matters. Effective immediately:
-
Payments should be made payable to Brandywine Communities
-
Checks must be mailed to our new payment address
-
Maintenance requests and general property questions should be directed to the Brandywine Communities team
- Payments and maintenance requests can also be submitted via the Commercial Tenant Portal
Your lease obligations, rights, and responsibilities remain exactly the same. This transition simply brings management back under Brandywine’s direct oversight so we can serve you more efficiently and responsively.
